Please give the machines a couple of minutes to actually boot. srv can take up to five minutes to be ready, dc should be significantly faster.
The flag is located in C:\Users\Administratör\Desktop\flag.txt on the dc machine.

Unfortunately, due to an ongoing issue, instances brick after about 15 minutes. If you are stuck on one of the last steps, try restarting the challenge. We are working on fixing this issue, but this will take several hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.
